About Us

The AFM Honeydew is situated in the North West end of Johannesburg. It is a start up or a new church plant. Her vision is to be the visible expression of the Invisible Christ in the community. Her mission is to fulfil the Great Commission of preaching the gospel to all nations and teaching them to be disciples who obey all that Christ has taught us. It is with this background that a Gospel Outreach team, often known as missions and evangelism, is formed. The old mantra that says “Success in witnessing is simply taking the initiative to share Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit and leaving or expecting the results to/from God.” becomes our guiding principle.

In line with the AFM South Africa, and in obedience to the Word of our Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 25: 31-46 we aspire to minister to the total person: spirit, soul and body. It is to this end that Socio-economic Development team is formed. We believe that twinning the above will give us a key differentiator premised on the manifest presence of God in all we do according to Exodus 33:12-23
